Not photoshopped. The guy stole the tank from the National Guard Armory and then drovei t all over SD wrecking everything in it's path. Just after this pic was taken, he ran into the freeway median toward oncoming traffic, and then got stuck. The cops then procedeed to open the hatch and kill the guy. Suits him right.
